PITTSBURGH, PA August 28, 2003 -– The Pittsburgh Jeans Company, with the help of Ripple Effects Interactive, has launched its inaugural Web site (www.pittsburghjeanscompany.com). Aimed at high-end consumers interested in designer fashion, the boutique retail store, located in the South Side of its namesake city, enlisted the services of Ripple Effects Interactive for its award-winning creative team and proven success in helping companies build brand awareness.
With its new Web site, the store seeks to reach and sell to customers beyond the Pittsburgh market. In fact, the store was motivated to create its online presence from the demand it has already received from buyers across the country about its hard-to-find designer fashion clothing.
“While we love serving the fashion-conscious in Pittsburgh, we are trying to broaden our horizons,“ said Lawrence Scott, president of Pittsburgh Jeans Company. “The brands we sell are in demand in Western Pennsylvania, the Midwest and throughout the entire United States. We expect the Web site to help us increase awareness of our unique culture and the tremendous brands we offer.”
Among the elite brands available at Pittsburgh Jeans Company are: Citizens of Humanity; Paper, Denim & Cloth; Seven; A.G.; Juicy Couture; Miss Sixty; Blue Cult; Diesel; C&C; and Lacoste.
“Working with Pittsburgh Jeans Company and its avant-garde culture was a blast,” said Louis Malafarina, chief executive officer at Ripple Effects Interactive. “Both of our companies pride ourselves on the same thing – delivering a great look that makes sense to our customers.”
